The Bassoon Chamber Music Composition Competition (BCMCC) is pleased to announce the winning compositions for the 2010 BCMCC.  The following four compositions, in alphabetical order, have been selected out of a strong pool of applications as the winning works:

8 Miniatures for Chamber Ensemble by Stefan Cwik for Flute, Violin, Bassoon and Piano

America Nights by Arthur Gottschalk for Violin, Bassoon and Piano

What About You? by Lewis Nielson for Violin, Cello and Bassoon

There were numerous exciting works submitted covering a diverse instrumentation and style.  As a result the BCMCC would also like to extend honorable mention to:
